JeanSMITHSadly passed away on 20th October 2025 on Ward 79, Royal Stoke University Hospital in the loving arms of her husband John.

Jean will be sadly missed by all, including her husband John, stepchildren Angela, Adrian and the late Ian, step-grandchildren Gemma, Liam, Alice, Thomas and Jessica.

I worked with Jean when she helped me to set up the Home School Link Project at, what was Townsend Primary School, now known as Kingsland Primary School in Bucknall. I will always remember her smile and love of life. She used to say “If things don’t go to plan… just smile” A truly lovely lady x
